Your Role
You will be joining a dynamic, fast-growing, diverse, multifunctional and multidisciplinary team. You will contribute with your unique background and experience, your fast-learning ability and motivation.

- Apply data analytics in areas like credit risk modelling and profitability analysis; acquisition, retention and debt collection optimization; product personalization and conversion optimization;
- Work in a multidisciplinary environment where you will be interacting daily with business teams, engineers and scientists;
- Steer and coordinate complex projects by gathering support and establishing strong collaboration ties across the organization;
- Get exposure to senior management from the get go;

- Get responsibility and ownership right from the first day along with the unique chance to spearhead the way big data is used in one of the fastest growing Fintech organizations;
- Own end-to-end data projects and ensure they are delivered within time, scope and quality constraints.
Your Strengths
Essential
- Bachelors or Masters with strong academic performance in a quantitative field;
- Autonomy in working with data: you must be capable of accessing and analyzing data on your own: SQL and Excel are a must;
- You have proven project management skills, and are used to coordinating interdisciplinary efforts;
- You are comfortable working in an agile environment where priorities might shift quickly;
- You speak English fluently-any other language or German are not required but an additional plus.
- Strong presentation skills (PPT, Tableau, Shiny)
- Knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
- Finance
- Data Warehousing
- Data Science
