Your Role

Prepare and execute marketing campaigns to Kreditech´s global customer base through best-in-class Kreditech’s Internal Ad Network tools and systems: 

Campaign Execution


  • Configure campaign in Campaign Manager system (omni-channel reach e.g. email, place holders on open pages and post-authentication, sms, notification system, mobile app placeholders, contact center);
  • Set campaign targets and perform quality assurance checks against the data;
  • Help optimize the marketing database schema;
  • Recommend client targeting strategies;
  • Schedule and monitor campaign deployments;
  • Build campaign reports;
Project management:


    • Owns the execution of assigned campaigns guiding the campaign building process to meet deadlines;
    • Is a marketing operations resource for internal clients;
    • Communicates the progress of projects effectively.
Reporting
  • Build and deliver campaign reports from Internal Ad Network/CRM system;
  • Develop and confidently present PowerPoint presentations summarizing results and insights from significant initiatives or overall trends across several campaigns;
  • Provide reports and data to marketing managers, used to create campaign close-out decks;
  • Communicate campaign results and analytical findings effectively to a variety of groups in the company;
  • Coordinate core teams and professionals necessary to create and execute effective campaigns: internal advertisers, creative/copy, data science, engineering.

Gathering Customer Requirements


  • Prioritize projects with clients (internal advertisers from commercial, countries, product) and provide direction to other project teams (when needed); proactively initiate discussion with business partners to uncover potential opportunities and problems;
  • Evaluate new work requests to determine the best solution and available resource options to complete requested items;
  • Approve a set of best practices for a campaign execution and performance within and across marketing teams, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple platforms, tools and processes;
  • Ensure Data Protection laws are strictly enforced at any time;
  • Be a core contributor to building a robust business and monetization model of KT;
  • Closely partner with core teams and professionals necessary to build a state-of-the art internal advertising network: development, infrastructure, business intelligence, data science, risk, customer service, legal & compliance, commercial teams (advertisers), product teams (publishers);
  • Be a core contributor to further international expansion and product rollouts into new countries and manage adaptations to the need of local markets;
  • Your products are global: 5 countries on 3 continents, set to add new geographies in 2017-2019;
  • Be located in Warsaw;
  • You will be a member of a team of +3 (business), orchestrating 10+ stakeholder teams/functions with directly influenced capacity of +40;
  • Your team and stakeholders will be truly diverse, global community consisting of 20+ nationalities;

Your Strengths 


  • You have a background in building and managing CRM/Ad Network campaigns for at least 2-3 years;
  • You have demonstrated outstanding commercial and customer relationship success in running this area of business;
  • You will have formal university education in either of: marketing, marketing communication, digital business management;
  • You have experience with BI reporting and digital marketing management and monitoring tools required, e.g. Google Analytics, Marketing-Cloud style software;
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML / CSS;
  • Good statistical and analytical skills will be a huge plus;
  • You are able to pay attention to detail, multi task and work independently; 
  • You are highly organized;  
  • You are able to evaluate, prioritize, track and deliver multiple requests simultaneously, while providing status updates to multiple stakeholder groups;
  • You have experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and are comfortable with proposing alternative approaches when necessary;
  • You have demonstrated expertise in multiple functional reporting areas such as Sales and Marketing campaign management, mobile, web and social analytics, etc;
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills;  
  • You must have customer focus, contribute to a team's success, and be quality-oriented;
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office products and related software programs;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You have demonstrated capability of working effectively in an international environment;
  • As a plus, you follow recent trends in digital transformation of financial services / FinTech;
  • You are passionate about what you chose to do.
