Kreditech is hiring for a BI Engineer to join its growing Business Intelligence team. You'll work directly with our Data Warehouse Architect and develop and maintain best practices for developing Kreditech's BI Platforms.
Your Role
- Further development of our DWH Platform;
- Maintaining and expanding the ETL processes;
- Coordination and implementation of metrics and reports in collaboration with the relevant departments;
- Design and implementation of tests for validation of content, accuracy and system performance;
- Act as a reliable contact for key users.
Your Strengths
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in development and operation of data warehousing systems;
- Strong knowledge of SQL;
- Good knowledge of one of scripting languages Lua/Python/R or ability and desire to learn it fast;
- Strong knowledge of Data modeling in particular in terms of data warehousing and analytical systems;
- Experience developing ETL processes, using special tools (like Pentaho, Talend ...);
- Understanding Linux is plus;
- Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or engineering is a plus;
- Knowledge in the fields of financial services is plus.
