Financial Controller | Moscow (m/f)

• Responsible for control of monthly reporting to the Russian Central Bank which is done by an external accounting provider;
• Bank statements analysis and control over monthly cash flow to the Russian Central Bank;
• Loan portfolio accounting: Development of accounting per IFRS and Russian Central Bank, automation of loan portfolio accounting and reporting;
• Reconciliations with debtors and creditors, including settlements with personnel;
• Organisation and control of business process of primary documents preparation and keeping,
• Monitoring of accounting legislation and development of application of new Russian Central Bank regulations

• 3+ years experience working in accounting or financial department in bank, microfinancing company, big4 or a financial services company
• University / post-graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting & Audit or a related field;
• Loan portfolio accounting skills, preference for candidates with IFRS9 knowledge;
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements, good knowledge of P&L, BS, CF
• Experience in Financial Control area: Settlements, control over accounting and reporting
• Russian accounting, IFRS and Tax legislation knowledge;
• Excellent Excel knowledge
• Fluent in Russian and English
• Leadership skills to cover tasks both with Russian and Holding team
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment;
• Commitment to excellence and high professional and ethical standards;
