Your Role

• Leading and developing the entire QA & Product Support team of 15+ Manual & Automation Engineers in an agile organization both locally & remote;
• Assessing product quality requirements, define quality KPIs for all products and be responsible for keeping those up;
• Promoting and implementing QA as an integral part of the development process;
• Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal functions including Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Development, Support, Marketing and Operations;
• Increase efficiency and stability in automation testing and defect prevention.

Your Strengths

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Software Quality and Assurance;
• Experienced in leading QA teams, ideally in a multinational context;
• Excellent communication with strong English in both written & spoken;
• Experience with continuous improvement and how to increase the maturity level of processes;
• Proven track record with Automation & Performance Testing and ideally experience in contract testing experience, or micro-services, etc;
• Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products with a customer perspective.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with common Agile practices;
• Experience in Release Process and Continuous Deployment is a certain plus;
• Any experience in Incident Management would be valuable;
• Nice to have advanced-level certifications in Test Management and Quality.
