We use big data, algorithms and automated processes to offer financial products to the underbanked and the 4bn people with no credit score. “Kredi” stands for the subsidiaries issuing credit to private individuals in currently five countries. “Tech” is the Hamburg-based tech company developing banking technology.


Your Role


  • Responsible for scouting and acquiring new merchants from e-commerce sector to finance their sales with our dedicated loan products (today: installment loans and delayed payment solutions);
  • Achieving KPI targets agreed in cooperation with Kreditech’s central Strategy & Business Development Team;
  • Managing commercial negotiations with potential partners in cooperation with supportive departments within Kreditech;
  • Guiding and supporting partners in technical integration processes;
  • Being the first contact to partners with day to day relationship handling;
  • Providing relevant feedback to the organization in terms of product/service performance based on information received from partners;
  • Monitoring the market and reporting on any novelties and competitive solutions;
  • Handling weekly and monthly  internal reporting based on defined metric dashboards;
  • Report directly to the local Head of Sales and Marketing.

Your Strengths


  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business);
  • 2-3 years successful sales experience in the financial services industry backed up with a demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position;
  • Successful track in negotiating and driving partnership deals;
  • Proven knowledge of online lending business and its specifics;
  • Ability to travel outside Warsaw;
  • Ability to self-motivate and to drive, execute and deliver against ambitious goals;
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel;
  • You are a team player who strives to create positive cultures with hard deliverables and humor in the workplace;
  • Fluency in English and a native Polish speaker.
