Description:- Manages the business correspondence (telephone, electronic, written);
- Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration);
- Acting as an administrative support to all departments;
- Responsible to keep the document archive up to date;
- Provide supporting documentation and information on internal process that is required for accounting and financial processes;
- Provides support whenever necessary for Managing Director
- Files documents alphabetically, numerically, or by other prescribed methods.
- Prepares, reviews, and/or processes a variety of routine correspondence, reports, logs, information, paperwork, invoices, forms, agreements, flyers, brochures, invitations, and/or other related information in assigned area of responsibility; keys information into applicable spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Monitors and restocks office supplies and materials.
- Positions in this classification may perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.
- Attend and prepare the minutes of the meetings for top and middle management;
- Organise appointments for top managers;
- University degree;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
- Good English knowledge; Spanish or Russian would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills;
- Must be able to work effectively in a multi-task environment;
