Your Tasks:

  • Contact person for Lesara customers via telephone or email
  • Deal with questions regarding products, shipment and returns, payment and other customer complaints
  • Receive, reply and forward (if required) support inquiries via telephone or email
  • Independent complaint processing
  • Maintain customer data in CRM system
  • Additional tasks related to customer service

Your Profile:

  • Previous work experience in customer service, experience with the tools Zendesk and Magento is a plus
  • Team player, good communication skills, service-oriented
  • High social competence
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Native Norwegian speaker (German is a plus)
  • Proactive working style and the desire to constantly innovate and optimize processes
  • Flexible and highly motivated
