Your Tasks:

  • Contact person for Lesara customers via telephone, email or service chat (Live)
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding products, shipment and returns, payment as well as complaints
  • Receive, answer and when necessary forward support inquiries via telephone, email, and service chat (multi-channel)
  • Process and solve customer complaints independently
  • Maintain customer and master data in CRM system
  • Take on additional tasks from the Customer Service department when required

Your Profile:

  • Previous work experience in customer service, ideally with experience in using tools such as Zendesk and Magento
  • Team player with good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent social skills
  • Business fluent in German and Swiss-German
  • Good knowledge of English
  • A highly motivated individual
