Your Tasks:- Contact person for Lesara customers via telephone or email
- Answering customer inquiries regarding products, shipment and returns, payment as well as complaints
- Receive, answer and when necessary forward support inquiries via telephone or email
- Process and solve customer complaints independently
- Maintain customer and master data in CRM System
- Take on additional tasks from the Customer Service department when required
Your Profile:
- Previous work experience in customer service, ideally with experience in using tools such as Zendesk and Magento
- Team player with good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Excellent social skills
- Native Swedish speaker (German a plus!)
- Good knowledge of English
- Flexible and highly motivated
