Your Tasks:

  • Internal communication with other departments regarding customer requests
  • Contact person for our logistic partners (DHL, DPD, Swiss Postal Service) and our distribution centers
  • Answering simple to complex internal  requests and reclamations from our first level team
  • Correcting address errors of our logistic partners
  • Handling B2B-requests
  • Proactively manage orders and resulting communication with our customers (e.g. delayed delivery)
  • Develop and optimize strategies for continuous improvement  
  • Weekly reporting of KPIs and other developments

Your Profile:

  • Ideally, practical work experience in customer service/ back office/ 2nd level
  • Very good knowledge of German as well as two of the following languages: English, Italian, French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Spanish
  • Experience in answering complex customer enquiries/ reclamations
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork and social skills are a must
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers
  • A proactive, enthusiastic individual with a willingness to make a difference
  • First-hand experience in project management
