Your Tasks:- Internal communication with other departments regarding customer requests
- Contact person for our logistic partners (DHL, DPD, Swiss Postal Service) and our distribution centers
- Answering simple to complex internal requests and reclamations from our first level team
- Correcting address errors of our logistic partners
- Handling B2B-requests
- Proactively manage orders and resulting communication with our customers (e.g. delayed delivery)
- Develop and optimize strategies for continuous improvement
- Weekly reporting of KPIs and other developments
Your Profile:
- Ideally, practical work experience in customer service/ back office/ 2nd level
- Very good knowledge of German as well as two of the following languages: English, Italian, French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Spanish
- Experience in answering complex customer enquiries/ reclamations
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork and social skills are a must
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers
- A proactive, enthusiastic individual with a willingness to make a difference
- First-hand experience in project management
