Your Tasks:- Contact person for Lesara customers via telephone or email
- Deal with questions regarding products, shipment and returns, payment and other customer requests
- Receive, reply and forward support inquiries internally or to partners
- Independent solution of issues
- Making your own customer-centric decisions (following Lesara’s processes and company guidelines)
- Maintain customer data in CRM system
- Additional tasks related to customer service
Your Profile:
- Previous work experience in customer service is a plus
- Experience with the tools Zendesk and/or Magento is a plus
- Team player, good communication skills, service-oriented
- High social competence
- Native Dutch, French, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish speaker
- Good knowledge of English or German as basic language withing the company
- Speaking any of these languages proficiently is a plus: Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or French
- Flexible and highly motivated
