Email Marketing Manager (m/f)

• Work together with our CRM team to create a comprehensive newsletter strategy in order to maximize the retention of our 3+ million current customers
• Plan, execute and optimize our newsletter by building test campaigns, verifying content, testing templates for responsiveness and device compatibility and assessing spam risks
• Maintain CRM data and develop segmentation strategies
• Implement and analyze A/B tests in order to continuously optimize campaign content and format
• Regular KPI analysis
• Work closely with Design and Content teams

• University degree in economics, or related field 
• Ideally 1+ year of professional experience in CRM/ Email Marketing
• Strong interest in online marketing developments and good industry networking 
• Analytical and strategic mindset 
• Communicative nature and hands-on approach
• Proactive working style – enthusiastic and creative 
• Fluent in English
