• Define product vision and roadmap with clarity on feasibility, time, cost, and impact
• Own end-to-end user experience
• Work closely with a cross functional team to define requirements and design features with the goal of securing product market fit and growth
• Effectively prioritize and define product features so that the Engineering team, and others involved, can collaboratively design and execute
• Act as the voice of the customer, with a deep understanding of user personas, pain points and customer journey
• Manage analytical tools and user testing frameworks
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
• Gain and share insights with Engineering, Marketing and others to continue improving the product and the business

• Entrepreneurial spirit that can operate independently
• 5+ years of experience in a product management role, working across disciplines and software platforms (web, iOS, Android) and launching consumer-facing software product
• A background in consumer internet is highly valued
• Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional groups
• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once
• Experience working in agile product development environments, with flexible approaches to project managementStrong user experience intuitions; ability to discern seamless UX from poor UX and empathize with users
