Your Tasks:

Responsible for the entire recruitment process of our new logistics company: Lesara Logistics SE
As one of the first employees, you are not only responsible for building your own HR team, but also for finding suitable candidates to fill positions throughout the company
To be in constant communication with our HR department in Berlin, and to incorporate Lesara’s unique company culture into Lesara Logistics SE
Responsible for measuring, optimising and reporting key HR figures across Lesara Logistics in Erfurt
You will use methods of direct recruitment, recruiting events and employer branding at trade fairs and events to promote Lesara as a top employee

Your Profile:

You have relevant experience in recruiting and personnel management
At previous recruitment events you have successfully picked out and hired new employees
You know the best methods and tools to use in order to attract the best hires, with a high success rate
You are a highly empathetic individual and have a charismatic personality
You love working together with different people who come from a range of different backgrounds
Native-level German (fluent in English is a plus but not required)

As part of the Lesara Logistics SE team, you will have the unique opportunity to build up your HR department from scratch. You will also be hand-picking employees throughout the distribution centre and shaping the office environment. Your hands-on mentality will play an active role in creating a corporate culture in which a world-class team will thrive. You are happy to take on responsibility from the start, are highly motivated, and are ready to tackle targets with creativity and passion.
