IT Operator (m/f)

Descrizione

• Support and maintain our IT infrastructure – including documentation, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Procurement, setup and maintenance of technical assets (Clients and Printer)
• First and second level support for Windows and Mac devices 
• Communicate ongoing issues and track status for incident management
• Identity and access management for our services
• Ensure our documentation and knowledge base are up-to-date

• Technical education or comparable technical knowledge
• Basic knowledge of IPv4 Networking (Routing, Switching, Enterprise WLAN, VPN)
• Experience in the automated setup of Windows Environments (Windows 10)
• Basic Unix knowledge 
• Very good documentation, communication and organisation skills
• Experience with handling technical devices
• Affinity for open communication – you are always the first person to get in touch with regarding technical questions
