Product Manager - Logistic systems

Descrizione

• Work independently as a product owner for the Lesara systems architecture, especially within the logistics, finance and customer care departments
• In terms of underlying business processes, work to improve features with a strong focus on the product usability and scalability
• Manage and monitor the daily business of a fast growing e-commerce company
• Work on the creation, coordination and monitoring of new processes and systems implementations
• Support strategic decisions and translate outcomes into development phases for the product
• Identify ways in which the system performance and algorithms can be improved to increase customer-friendliness

• A degree in economics, informatics – or a similar field – is desired but not essential 
• Knowledge in business process modeling (BPMN 2.0, UML), systems architecture and web technologies
• Experience in the management of agile development teams (SCRUM, Kanban)
• An understanding of the challenges faced in logistics, finance and cross-border e-commerce
• An analytic mindset, problem-solving working style and an assertive personality
• Proficient in English
