Sorry, got a little bit ahead of myself - you should know first what you this job is all about before joining. At Linguedo, we connect unemployed nurses from Italy and understaffed hospitals in Germany so they can be employed nurses in well-staffed hospitals. We also teach them German. 

We do that by running marketing campaigns for hospitals, pre-selecting the candidates, inviting them to a personal interview, teaching them German and eventually relocating them. A project like this takes between 9 and 12 months. 

Now, we're looking for a project manager who accompanies this project from start to finish. While our specialized teams will take care of most steps of the process (marketing, selection, language teaching), someone needs to oversee the whole project - and this person is you. More concretely speaking, your tasks will be:

Overall management of the project by creating a plan and communicating with the involved internal departments

Account management of the hospital for the specific project

Ensuring the happiness of our candidates at all stages of the process

Organization of personal interviews and trips to the city that we're advertising

Relocation of the candidates

As you can see, this position encompasses a variety of skills. Therefore, we're looking for a jack-of-all-trades with a diverse skillset, including:

Native or near-native level in both German and Italian (with an English level good enough to understand this job description)

Great organizational skills

Lots of empathy

.. and all the other things that every company is looking for: dedication, teamwork, strong oral and written communication - you know the drill 

You should also note that we aren't looking for a degree in a specific field. While a university degree is very advantageous (and if it's in management, psychology or communications, even better), feel free to apply anyway if you meet the above qualifications.
