Soon by working with some of the most game changing Companies in Italy,  Meritocracy Team focused either on developing a profound story-telling to let users "virtually explore" Companies, and a machine-learning based technology to spot best-fit Professionals within our userbase.

About the role


The role is about securing new business and establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships and amazing customer satisfaction, with current and prospective clients in Germany.


- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in Berlin Area

- Develop a strategic plan and country-specific business model to attract and close sales leads in Berlin Area

- Overachieve revenue goals

- Sales pitching, pre-sales work, proposals preparation

- Visit clients to pitch Meritocracy and demonstrate the product

- Identify specific trends and market forces that may result in changes in Meritocracy’s acquisition strategy and fine-tuning of the business model

- Monitor and report on business development KPIs


About you


- You have 2+ year of Sales experience in Recruiting Agency / Online job industry 

- Past experience within Startup/Digital ecosystems (i.e. Rocket Internet company) will be a strong plus

- You are a great communicator and possess strategic selling and negotiation skills

- You have an entrepreneurial attitude, react quickly to change and always keep the strategic goals in mind

- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and ideally German

 

You will be based in Meritocracy office in Berlin @ Mindspace-Mitte Berlin and might be required to travel to our HQ in Milan, Italy, as needed.

Content & Social Media Intern

Content & Social Media Intern is expected to support and delivers Meritocracy’s content marketing strategy through the creation of content regarding the Job Market, Job-Seekers’ attitude, Companies Hiring Behavior. Content specialist not only is expected to be widely supported in designing content strategy, but also delivering PR coverage.

The whole work will be in English, therefore a Fluent/Mother tongue knowledge of English language is required.

Being part of the Digital Marketing Team will help the intern gain profound insights on how a content marketing strategy can be implemented and executed and how great research can positively impact a business. Moreover, the person will in support of the Italian and German Growth Team.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates, entrepreneurial-minded, with strong team-player attitude. Our candidates are required to be flexible and able to quickly adapt to the dynamic environment of an internet company, and open-minded enough to think about new ways to leverage Meritocracy’s wide user and client base to deliver great content.

This position will be based in our Milan office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets;  
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar  
  • Help PR coverage of the most relevant content produced  
  • Producing articles regarding online job-market: jobseekers’ choices, Employers’ hiring behaviour, macro-trend in the market;  
  • Manage and develop all social media accounts on an almost daily basis and make sure customers are engaged with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, to build a unique and noticeable tone of voice;  
  • Use our web analytics platform (Google Analytics) to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics;  
  • Support of Italian & German growth Team;  
  • Daily communication with partners and colleagues via phone, e-mail and even in person;  
  • Ensure inbound partner requests are handled with high-quality within agreed-upon service levels.  
  • Required Skills

  • Business related degree;  
  • Passion and love for content and social media;  
  • A good writing style that is accurate and adaptable, with a good use of grammar;  
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Internet) and quick;  
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress;  
  • Flexibility, eye for detail, analytical skills and ability to prioritise workflow independently;  
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, approachable and can work independently or in a team;  
  • Team player and self-motivated;  
  • Full Proficiency in English is essential to perform the role.

    Siamo alla ricerca di un Video-photo Editor Intern da formare ed inserire nel nostro team Visuale di Milano part-time.


    Quali caratteristiche deve avere la persona che cerchiamo:

  • Conoscenza del Pacchetto Adobe. Abbiamo bisogno di una persona che sappia usare in modo approfondito Photoshop e Premiere. Inoltre deve sapere anche Lightroom e After Effects. La conoscenza di Indesign rappresenta un plus.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Lavoriamo con clienti internazionali.
  • Dinamico e volenteroso. Dovrai essere pronto a fare esperienze sia di ufficio/studio (con post e editing) che sul campo (come assistente agli shooting).
  • Buona cultura grafica e visiva. Cerchiamo qualcuno che sia in grado anche di darci degli spunti nuovi.
  • Buoni doti organizzative. Dovrai organizzare il lavoro dei nostri collaboratori sugli shooting.
