Our retail network is composed of Free standing such as Travel retail stores and a small network of outlet. 

The ideal candidate has business acumen and great communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan strategic & commercial actions to maximize sales results and store profitability; 
• Constant monitoring of Business KPI’s such as Average Ticket, Traffic through the stores, Convertion Rate, UPT to act proactively to solve the store issues in order to maximize the sales results; 
• Allocation of annual sales budget per store and monitor related store costs on constant basis; 
• Lead new store opening guaranteeing the respect of the original P&L, staff recruiting & on boarding, store set up; 
• Lead and coordinate all the activities needed to achieve the store’s goals working closely with different Departments; 
• Build a solid relationship with all the Store Managers, considering them as fundamental part of the team and strong resources to achieve our Company goals; 
• Train the store staff on new product launches, Visual Merchandising guidelines and selling techniques, in collaboration with other departments. 

Skill Requirements

• 6+ Years of experience in similar role in a “Brand oriented” company 
• Retail Management Master will be considered a strong plus 
• Willing to travel (up to 70% of working time in specific periods of the year) 
• Be able to motivate staff members and influence team performances 
• Consumer centric approach 
• Brand lover and digital oriented 
• Excellent organizational capabilities, balancing emergencies activities with planned projects 
• Great communication skills, combined with an analytical approach  
• Team player, able to connect his/her business areas with other Company departments 
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point 
• Business Intelligence retail experience as user 
• Fluent in English
