Reporting to the B2B Area Manager for the Direct Channel , the KAM will assist in defining and implementing the B2B sales plan, specifically focusing on the Direct/End-user B2B Market in France & Benelux.

The position is based in Paris (home-office) and requires intensive travelling in the assigned Area.

Presence at the HQ office (Milan – Italy) may be requested on a regular basis for coordination and planning activities.



Main responsibilities:


  • Working to identify, research and generate B2B sales opportunities focusing on Corporate Customers, with the objective of achieving and exceeding forecasted sales goals through proactive activities (networking activities, direct meetings, presentations, sales campaigns, etc.);  
  • Strong focus on development new business opportunity agreed with the Area Manager; 
  • Maintain and develop existing top Direct customer in order to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling activities; 
  • Qualify and respond to incoming inquiries; finalizing custom product proposals and order confirmations; 
  • Responsible to achieve Corporate goals in terms of revenue and business profitability; 
  • Define in accordance with the Area Manager the sales planning process for the Direct Channel (yearly Sales Budget and Action plans) and owner of the related implementation; 
  • Develop ad hoc strategies with the sales and marketing to promote the brand and generate new leads (professional events and trade shows) in accordance with Corporate guidelines; 
  • Analyzing and developing knowledge of competitive products, and market landscape; 
  • Constant update CRM (C4C), maintenance of client database information and weekly report about sales funnel/pipeline and opportunities management; 
  • Order processing, customer service and credit management activities. 


Skills requirements:

  • 5+ years sales experience as Account / Key Account Manager – ideally in B2B markets / with Corporate Customers; 
  • Strong ability to work with complex structures and multinational companies, interface with different departments (Marketing, Purchases etc.) and manage relations with different seniority up to C-Level; 
  • Capability in Project Management in synergy with different internal department (R&D, Operations, Finance etc.); 
  • Strongly proactive approach; 
  • Experience in a multi-channel selling model is a plus; 
  • Experience in A-Brand Management and Marketing is a plus; 
  • French mother tongue; Fluent in English; the Knowledge of Italian language is a plus; 
  • Microsoft Excel, Power Point, CRM (C4C), SAP; 
  • Strong analytical skills; 
  • Flexibility and ability to be effective in a fast changing environment; 
  • Ability to follow multiple projects simultaneously; 
  • Availability to travel.
