We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our European team. Directly reporting to the HR Manager, she/he will have a focus on Sales & Marketing Departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a high volume recruiting strategy, from entry level to managerial roles, including internal mobility activities
- Provide performance management expertise to support professional development and performance improvement
- Design and develop learning & development programs to promote a long-life learning mindset and to spread the company culture
- Guarantee timely and appropriate fulfilment of HR administration and labor regulations requirements for assigned departments
- Support and advise Leaders in the management and development of their team
- Participate in national and international HR projects
Skill Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Master in HR will be considered a strong plus
- 5+ Years of Experience in HR within an international and fast-growing environment
- Knowledge and practical application of international HR practices and employment laws
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Empathy and great communication capability
- Analytical mindset, with a data insight approach
- Demonstrate problem solving and negotiation
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resources
- Fluent in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
