For our HQ in Milan we are looking for an Inside Sales will assist the Area Manager for the implementation of the B2B sales plan, specifically focusing on Companies in France and Benelux, managing the entire portfolio: Paper products, Accessories and Digital Products.


Main responsibilities:

  • Research new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up; 
  • Support the Area Manager and local Key Accounts in developing the sales opportunity; 
  • Prospect development through calls, mails and other remote activities; 
  • Responsible to achieve Corporate goals in terms of revenue and business profitability; 
  • Constant update CRM (C4C), maintenance of client database information and weekly report about sales funnel/pipeline and opportunities management; 
  • Order processing, customer service and credit management activities; 
  • Qualify and respond to incoming inquiries; finalizing custom product proposals and order confirmations; 
  • Work close with other departments to ensure the realization of the project on time. 


Skill requirements:


  • 2+ years of sales experience in B2B Channel, preferably in a Brand-Oriented or lifestyle Company; 
  • Flexibility and ability to be effective in a fast changing environment; 
  • Ability to follow multiple projects simultaneously; 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM program; 
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus; 
  • Fluent in French is a must (spoken and written); 
  • Good knowledge of English.
