Main Responsibilities: 

• Direct, optimize and coordinate inbound and outbound distribution flow for multiple and different channels (B2B, Wholesale, Retail, Ecommerce). 
• Coordinate activities with external 3PLs.
• Liaise and negotiate with external operators and carriers.
• Supervise for  invoicing, returns, credit and debit note  activities.
• Develop and operate effective management processes to support the delivery of the KPIs: customer service level, inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound leadtime, logistic and  transport     costs, efficiency.
• Manage daily relations with procurement department, customer service, distribution planning, sales, administrative department, logistic operator (3PL) and transportation parties in order       to monitor the entire process. 
• Comply with laws, regulations and custom process.

Skill Requirements:   

At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role; Leadership experience and work well in a fast-moving environment; Proactivity and problem solving attitude; Ability to lead a team and multiple projects; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Time management  and flexibility Maintains effective performance under pressure Good knowledge of SAP (MM/SD); Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel;
