Product Development Specialist - Accessories

Main Responsibilities:

• to support and drive all steps of the product development process: prototypes, agents sampling and pre-production sampling, monitoring the shipment process, recording info and physical samples
• to assist samples check from technical and quality point of view, creating detailed reports to be shared internally and with suppliers, in order to improve next development phase
• to realize and update the technical reference documentation, product specifications, technical sheets, material swatches, at all steps of development, sharing information internally, with the Quality Control team and externally with supplier
• to be aware of impact of any choices and development on costs and timing 
• to work with suppliers, ensuring all of them are aligned on all product development information
• to check product compliancy with selected global and local certifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the Product Development area of multinational Companies, prefer-ably in digital accessories field 
• Strong industrial approach on product 
• Brand and detail oriented 
• Ability to build cross functional collaboration and synergy with internal team and with suppliers network 
• Open-minded and problem solving attitude 
• Ability to multi-task and project management skills 
• Fluent in English 
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Excel  
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
