Moneyfarm is growing and evolving. We are looking for a Head of Customer Relationship Management for the German market to play an instrumental role in executing our growth strategy in Germany as we aggressively scale the business.
The ideal candidate will provide essential pragmatic and inspirational leadership to coach, motivate and guide a team of customer relationship managers and advisors. Your mission will be to drive customer acquisition and help customers to grow and preserve their wealth leveraging our “hybrid” approach to serving customers.Whilst we are a digital wealth manager, an integral part of our business is our "hybrid" approach of combining our digital service with a human touch, via our dedicated client relationship team.
To ensure our customers get the best possible experience, the client relationship team is there to provide a helping hand and reassurance across three key areas:Digital wealth management - making sure our customers understand the concept and its position in the investment management landscape.The product  - guiding customers and prospective customers through our investment advice journey and explaining why we are different from peers.Investments - explaining how our asset allocation and investment team look after our customers' money to help them achieve their investment goals, and providing updates on our investment views and relevant advice over time.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the existing CRM team, progressing them through their role
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop innovative ways to to communicate to our client base
  • Create initiatives to better help clients reach their financial goals and thus grow our client and asset base
  • Drive the evolution of our hybrid service model combining human empathy and financial expertise with the efficiency of technology for our German customers
  • Provide 1st class customer service at all times
  • Create and improve processes to ensure there is a high level of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with all other business teams, communicating client feedback to continuously improve our offering and increase client activity
  • Be an ambassador for the company participating in webinars, roadshows, industry events and conferences
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent to grow the CRM team.

  • Main Requirements

  • Proven track record of minimum 5+ years of experience in private banking or as financial advisor focused on client acquisition and the management of wealth for clients
  • Experience of leading/managing a small team
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong sales and new business development skills
  • Advanced knowledge of wealth management products and services and experience in providing investment advice to private clients
  • Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth clients
  • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
  • Comprehensive understanding of client goals and risk toleranceStrong presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Must understand and comply with the regulations, policies and procedures applicable to our products and services.

    Responsibilities

  • Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owners and Engineering Leads, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Facilitating getting the work done/done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

  • Requirements

  • Experience in playing the Agile Coach / Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum and/or Kanban principles, practices, and theory.
  • Have a good understanding of Continuous Integration, and how it impacts the release process.
  • Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

  • Preferred

  • You have worked in a regulated industry, preferably finance.
  • You are familiar with technical practices that go hand-in-hand with Agile (e.g. eXtreme Programming, Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development).

    Responsibilities

  • Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments, incl. KYC
  • Monitoring transaction and service processes and handle exception cases
  • Day-to-day management of external partners relating to custody, KYC and other operations processes
  • Verify and maintain data quality in systems
  • Support billing and collection process incl. reconciliation and documentation
  • Research potential fraud, errors, and losses to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in compliance, tech and client relationship management
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

  • Essential requirements

You will have ideally successfully pushed a B2C brand into the public eye or worked for a brand that marketed in an industry-leading way. We’re looking for a smart and creative person who is also able to manage and meet commercial targets. You have a solid understanding of how to manage consumers across the full marketing lifecycle.
    Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the UK market with focus on new customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
  • Co-ordinate online & offline UK marketing campaigns.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management, PR and corporate identity.

  • Strong strategic, analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor juniors
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Previous experience in companies characterised by rapid growth

  • Help design, implement, optimise, deploy and support new and existing data models and ETL pipelines in production to produce management information and actionable insight.
  • Conduct data modelling and data flow designs and produce constructive code reviews.

  • You have hands-on experience in the Big Data, data warehouse space and ETL design, implementation and maintenance.
  • You have proficiency in SQL and software development experience in at least one language.
  • You have a good understanding of row and columnar databases and BI/Visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Have a good understanding of agile methodologies and their principles.

  • You are familiar with AI and machine learning techniques.
