As an iOS Developer at Moneyfarm, you will work with people across the company, including Product Managers, designers and quantitative UX Researchers to deliver the best product that we possibly can. You will be able to innovate and make a real difference to our customers and to the company.
Responsibilities

  • Develop features within Moneyfarm iOS apps
  • Work with other Developers and Product Managers to plan and estimate the team’s work
  • Gather requirements, build, test and deploy functionality according to business needs
  • Work closely with Product Designers to develop the best UX and UI possible
  • Stay up-to-date with the mobile world and share ideas on app enhancements with the company

  • Must Haves

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • A portfolio of applications that can be shown through the app store
  • Strong expertise in Swift / Objective-C and Cocoa Touch
  • Familiarity with Cocoapods and Fastlane tools
  • Experience with Core Animation, Core Graphics, Auto layout
  • Experience with test-driven development

    As Senior Investment Adviser, you will recommend the best solutions by researching and considering all our retail investment products to meet the client's needs.

    Moneyfarm is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team and take ownership of all compliance and regulatory functions within our European operations.
    The Compliance Officer will be action-driven and play a vital role in ensuring that best FCA, Consob, GDPR and RDR practices are always maintained.
    It is imperative that you have a keen eye for detail so you can analyse and advise business wide and ensure that everything that we do remains legally and regulatory compliant.  This will require you to be very hands-on, organised and entrepreneurial.
    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including testing, results analysis, identifying improvements or remedial actions and presenting findings to senior management
  • Assisting management in develop and implement the Risk Management Programme including organizing analysis, performing audits and recommendations for risk mitigation
  • Client account monitoring processes for AML and market abuse
  • Reviewing and signing off financial promotions and other marketing material in accordance with FCA rules and internal policies
  • Liaison with firm’s external compliance consultants
  • Maintaining the UK Compliance Manual and ensuring the effective implementation of company compliance policies and procedures
  • Working with other team members to manage the customer complaints process and providing assistance where appropriate to resolve outstanding issues
  • Assisting with queries from the FCA, the Financial Ombudsman Service and other relevant UK and overseas authorities, in consultation with the CFO, CEO and the Chairman, external compliance consultants and legal counsel as appropriate

  • Overseeing investigations of breaches or alleged breaches of regulations and/or company compliance policies, standards or procedures
  • Working closely with HR to provide, or make arrangements for, compliance training for company staff as appropriate to include Anti-Money Laundering, Market Abuse, Treat your Customers Fairly and Complaints Handling
  • Administering the Personal Account Dealing policy

    Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of internal and external customer issues identified by other Moneyfarm teams including CRM and Operations.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and find solutions to issues to see them through to resolution.Identify trends in issues being raised, working with Technology and Product teams to identify underlying causes and possible solutions.
  • Ensure proper recording and communication of status of issues. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow defined technical support processes.

  • Essential Requirements

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

  • Optimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation

  • Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Italian and English
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Ability to create and present paid social media plans and track them from execution through KPIs
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and search engine marketing
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
