As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work on all Digital Paid channels, including search campaigns on Google and Bing, as well as Paid Social, Display marketing engines and Email Marketing across both UK and Italy.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy, analytical and highly motivated to take on responsibility and make an impact and last but not least, you like having fun!


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to create and optimise targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of online marketing activity.
  • Executing tests, collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in digital campaigns.
  • Compiling information for inclusion in monitoring and research reports as requested.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current technologies and initiatives pertinent to online marketing.

  • Day to day tasks:

  • Monitoring campaign expenses, staying on budget, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Executing plan for paid search and social, driving both reach and engagement.
  • Optimising keywords, copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Helping define a framework of when and how we analyse the performance of our programmatic campaigns. You must be able to demonstrate close loop analysis of recommendations and the value of any changes.
  • Assisting in the management and optimisation of our programmatic media buying by pulling regular reports out of our DSPs, analysing performance drivers and translating insights into actionable hypotheses and tweaks.
  • Tracking, reporting and analysing website analytics and campaigns.
  • Creating and sending email campaigns to the agreed targeted audience.
  • Improving the performance of marketing emails by running A/B tests and results analysis.

  • Must have:

  • At least 1 year experience and tangible success in managing digital campaigns in at least one of the following channels: across Display, PPC and Paid Social.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports.

  • Good to have:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
  • Knowledge of Display Programmatic environment is a plus.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • You’ll work across multiple markets so a second language (eg. Italian, German, Spanish) is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Industry knowledge from either a corporate or agency setting would be an advantage but not essential.

    Responsibilities will be at all levels and will touch most of the steps of the client experience, from opening the account, to checking identity, to trading and liquidity management.     As Client Assets and Operations Manager you will action CASS related regulatory reporting, driving forward process improvements with required controls, acting as the Client Money Assets subject matter expert for MFM, and ensuring that MFM continues to meet all ongoing FCA CASS requirements. This is a key control and function in the heavily regulated CASS environment helping to ensure we deliver on one of the FCA’s key principles - arranging adequate protection for clients’ assets.
    Main Responsibilities:

    Undertake the roles and responsibilities of the FCA Controlled Functions CF10a (CASS operational oversight function).Take the lead in the relation to CASS aspects of any mergers, acquisitions or new business propositions.Work with the Compliance function to identify all operational risk considerations through in-house and outsourced activities.Work with the Operations function to ensure MFM operational procedures continue to be fit for purpose.On-going CPD (Continuous Professional Development) to ensure that adequate knowledge of the UK CASS regulatory environment is maintained.
    In regards to CASS operational oversight (CF10a) you will be responsible for:

    Providing clear, pragmatic guidance and support to the business on regulatory issues in relation to CASS, and regarding regulatory requirements ensuring processes, procedures and controls as required in relation to Client Money and Assets continue to be fit for purpose.Preparing and submitting timely and accurate internal and external reports of the firm’s CASS returns (in particular the firm’s monthly CMAR returns to the FCA in line with regulatory requirements).Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of the daily CASS reconciliation, ensuring all issues and breaches are notified to Senior Management as they occur.Responding to regulatory changes by devising and ensuring the implementation of all internal changes within MFM to ensure MFM continues to be compliant with regulatory standards.Ensuring the CASS Resolution (CASS RP) is complete and up-to-date, to include the effectiveness of the tool under insolvency scenarios.Managing the annual CASS audit process by working with external auditors in order for them to issue an Audit Opinion on the firm to the FCA.Tracking, updating and resolving CASS related audit points.Undertaking root cause analysis associated with potential and actual errors and incidents and leverage lessons learnt to drive change.Managing MFM’s CASS Financial Institution relationships.Ensuring MFM CASS policies and procedures to reflect best practice in line with regulatory requirements.Ensuring (alongside the Head of Compliance) that all MFM staff involved the CASS process receive annual CASS training.Attending and preparing monthly and quarterly reports as required for the MFM Risk Committee and MFM Investment Limited Board meetings.Overseeing the operational effectiveness of the firm’s systems and controls that are designed to achieve compliance with CASS reporting to the firms governing body in respect of that oversight.Project Managing CASS related projects.

  • Deep knowledge of ES6, React, Node, Redux, Jest, Mocha, responsive design, REST verbs, API design and the JS memory model.

  • You understand the main programming paradigms and can argue about their applicability to any given problem.
  • Have an understanding of different data stores and their suitability. Fully proficient with relational databases and SQL. Understand how the JVM works and working knowledge of some of its tools.
