We are currently looking to reinforce our growing Team by hiring a Business Analyst who will be actively involved in the design and modification of our business systems. You will interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. You will gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements and provide quality insight to support management decisions. If analytical mind, critical thinking and ability to solve problems are your strengths, we want to hear from you!
Main responsibilities:
  • implement and support of business information systems across multiple departments
  • identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business' growth
  • collaborate with finance, commercial team and the CEO office to develop initiatives and strategies that optimise costs and improve internal and external reporting
  • perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • provide financial and business insights that help the decision-making process, and align capital and resource allocation within the business budget
  • construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
    • Key requirements:
  • strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits
  • 2 years’ experiences in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators
  • proven analytical background
  • advanced Excel and SQL skills
  • ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • bachelor degree in Economics, Engineering, Maths or Physics
  • fintech or Asset Management background is a plus.
