We are looking for a bilingual digital marketing expert to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) and Social Media marketing activities across Italy and the UK.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, as well as other search and display marketing engines.
This position is also responsible for developing KPI-driven paid social strategies across all stages of the funnel:
- Lower Funnel (retargeting) media plans to drive acquisition and cross selling
- Upper Funnel (prospecting) Social media plans to drive branding and initiative/offer awareness
Responsibilities
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimise copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising activities
  • Work with digital teams to ensure digital cross platform alignment, measurement and testing
  • Oversee tracking and reporting, optimising campaigns to ensure pay-per-click and key paid social metrics are continually monitored and optimised
  • Ensure data integrity and draw insights that inform campaign and platform optimisations
  • Requirements
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
  • Ability to create and present paid social media plans and track them from execution through KPIs
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and search engine marketing
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating reportsFamiliarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Relevant commercial experience in both Italy and the UK would be highly beneficial
  • Industry knowledge from either a corporate or agency setting would be advantageous
