Moneyfarm is growing and evolving. We are looking for a Head of Customer Relationship Management for the German market to play an instrumental role in executing our growth strategy in Germany as we aggressively scale the business.
The ideal candidate will provide essential pragmatic and inspirational leadership to coach, motivate and guide a team of customer relationship managers and advisors. Your mission will be to drive customer acquisition and help customers to grow and preserve their wealth leveraging our “hybrid” approach to serving customers.
Whilst we are a digital wealth manager, an integral part of our business is our "hybrid" approach of combining our digital service with a human touch, via our dedicated client relationship team.
To ensure our customers get the best possible experience, the client relationship team is there to provide a helping hand and reassurance across three key areas:
Digital wealth management - making sure our customers understand the concept and its position in the investment management landscape.
The product  - guiding customers and prospective customers through our investment advice journey and explaining why we are different from peers.
Investments - explaining how our asset allocation and investment team look after our customers' money to help them achieve their investment goals, and providing updates on our investment views and relevant advice over time.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the existing CRM team, progressing them through their role
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop innovative ways to to communicate to our client base
  • Create initiatives to better help clients reach their financial goals and thus grow our client and asset base
  • Drive the evolution of our hybrid service model combining human empathy and financial expertise with the efficiency of technology for our German customers
  • Provide 1st class customer service at all times
  • Create and improve processes to ensure there is a high level of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with all other business teams, communicating client feedback to continuously improve our offering and increase client activity
  • Be an ambassador for the company participating in webinars, roadshows, industry events and conferences
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent to grow the CRM team.
  • Main Requirements
  • Proven track record of minimum 5+ years of experience in private banking or as financial advisor focused on client acquisition and the management of wealth for clients
  • Experience of leading/managing a small team
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong sales and new business development skills
  • Advanced knowledge of wealth management products and services and experience in providing investment advice to private clients
  • Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth clients
  • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
  • Comprehensive understanding of client goals and risk toleranceStrong presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Must understand and comply with the regulations, policies and procedures applicable to our products and services.
