Moneyfarm is growing and evolving.  We are looking for a Head of UK market to take ownership in help leading the capability and own targets as we aggressively scale the business in the country. The ideal candidate will provide the essential pragmatic and inspirational leadership to coach, motivate and guide a team of professionals in the field of marketing acquisition, retention, and CRM. It will be essential to demonstrate external market awareness to keep up to date with changes in the market conditions, to ensure effective conversations with their team and both internal and external customers in developing and maintaining business.
Your mission will, more specifically, consist on growing and farming the already large pool of MFM happy clients, offering an innovative, independent, transparent and efficient series of solutions so to grow and preserve their wealth.  
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the plan in accordance to budget, defining and executing commercial targets and strategy for the team
  • Support marketing activities in defining addressable market and commercial strategy in the UK
  • Create next gen advice hybrid proposition working with product and technology
  • Produce financial reports
  • Build deep relationships internally and externally with digital and non digital partner organisations
  • Identify new product initiatives and business development/partnership opportunities and work with internal teams to make these opportunities happen
  • Keep up to date with financial products and legislation
  • To role model customer-focused leadership across the business at all times to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience.
  • To drive a high performance culture through effective people & performance management
  • To ensure ‘best advice’ is provided and evidenced by advisors across the region
  • To work with the Marketing and Wealth Management team, to build, maintain & retain the wealth sales force.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A clear belief in the power of the technology as enabler to transform the financial industry as it is today, with the aim to offer simpler, cheaper and more effective solutions to the investors.
  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Proven track record of developing a market, acquiring and retaining clients in a top tier wealth manager or financial institution
  • 6+ years of experience working in relevant market/context, i.e.
  • Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships in relevant environment/s, i.e. Financial Services, Wealth, B2C
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and attitude
  • Past working experience in a similar role i.e. experience of making prompt and practical business decisions, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
