To bolster the effort and growth of our Advisory Team, we are looking for an Advisor reporting directly to the Advisory Team Leader.
Alongside other team members, you will be responsible for customer relationship management providing them with information and reassurance across three key areas:
- Digital wealth management generally - talking clients through the concept and its position in the investment management landscape
- Our products - providing clients and prospective clients with information on our products and how Moneyfarm differs from peers
- Investments - explaining how our asset allocation and investment teams invest our clients savings and providing updates on our investment views.
In order to achieve these goals you would be interacting remotely with clients mainly by phone and using our state of the art engagement platform which has integrated all kinds of digital tools like chat, email and push notification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing customer relationships, including proactively reaching out to potential and existing clients to build relationships and help satisfy their investment needs. 
- Offering top level customer support in the identification of the investment portfolio in line with the customer's requirements and Moneyfarm investment management strategy
- In-depth analysis of the investments that customers have already in place
- Supporting customers in the use of the Moneyfarm platform through the phone and all other direct channels (chat, emails, …)
- Actively contributing to the achievement of economic objectives such as portfolio growth and Moneyfarm products and services cross-selling
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
- Proven sales attitude through the phone and track record of great commercial results
- Drive and persistence to achieve targets
- Ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive business relationship with clients.  Desire to help people.
- Reliable and efficient 
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Good to have
- ~2 years commercial experience in the retail banking or Insurance industry, including client facing sales
- Knowledge of the main asset management products (mutual funds, ETFs, bonds, Unit and Index Linked insurance products, pension products, insurance policies)
- Working towards, or achieved, a level 4 regulated qualification in Investment Management (CISI or equivalent)
