To bolster the effort and growth of our Advisory team, we are looking for an Investment Consultant. Alongside other team members, you will be responsible for customer relationship management, providing them with information and reassurance across three key areas:
Digital wealth management generally - talking clients through the concept and its position in the investment management landscape
Our product - providing clients and prospective clients with information on our product and how Moneyfarm differs from peers
Investments - explain how our asset allocation and investment teams invest our clients savings and providing updates on our investment views.
Responsibilities
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Keeping up to date with Moneyfarm products and competing products (investment funds, insurance policies, savings accounts, etc.)
  • Offering top level customer support in the identification of the investment portfolio in line with the customer's requirements and Moneyfarm investment management strategy
  • In-depth analysis of the investments that customers have already in place
  • Supporting customers in the use of the Moneyfarm platform through all direct channels (phone calls, chat, emails, …)  
  • Actively contributing to the achievement of economic objectives such as portfolio growth, with the possibility of offering the full range of Moneyfarm products and services.
  • Main Requirements
  • c. 2-5 years commercial experience in the Insurance industry ideally or retail banking
  • Knowledge of the main asset management products (mutual funds, ETFs, bonds, Unit and Index Linked insurance products, pension products, insurance policies)
  • Master degree in Economics / Finance
  • Interest for financial markets
  • Reliable and efficient
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain positive business relationship with clients
  • Ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • GOOD TO HAVE:
  • Registration of Financial Advisers (OCF) and/or insurance register (RUI)
  • Experience of work / study abroad
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce
  • Adaptable
