To bolster the effort of fire power of our amazing Customer Relationship team in Milan, we are looking for a Junior Customer Relationship Manager.  Alongside team members, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, discussing their finances, how they want to invest and linking these conversations to their needs and goals.  You will then use your superior knowledge of our products to discuss the benefits of investing through Moneyfarm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a professional Investment Consultant and work for a fast-paced and target-driven fintech company.  As well as working closely with team members, you will also have the opportunity to have visibility of other department such as Tech, Operations and Marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Interacting with customers in order to ensure they have a high calibre customer experience
  • Development of technical skills in relation to Moneyfarm products and competing products (investment funds, insurance policies, savings accounts, etc.)
  • Customer Support in the identification of the investment portfolio in line with the customer's requirements and investment management Moneyfarm over time
  • Talking to customers about their finances, how they want to invest, linking this to their needs and goals and how they can benefit from using the Moneyfarm service
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of finances and the investments that customers already have in place
  • Providing customer support in the use of the platform Moneyfarm
  • Building a rapport, using strong communication and problem-solving skills to guide and support customers
  • Essential Requirements
  • c.1 years commercial experience in the fund management industry, preferably in consulting and / or in customer management
  • Knowledge of the main asset management products (mutual funds, ETFs, insurance policies, pension products)
  • Master degree in Economics / Finance
  • Interest for financial markets
  • Strong communication skills, great energy, ability to build rapport
  • Good problem solving skills, naturally takes ownership and proactive
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to demonstrate speed ​​and flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlinesPassion for technology
  • Good knowledge of the English language
