With the aim of increasing Moneyfarm’s market share, as Junior Sales Executive, you will sell Moneyfarm to our potential and new customers by understanding our benefits of our services and being, identifying customer needs and interests  and building and nurturing relationships.
 
You should be comfortable working in a sales capacity, communicating and engaging cold and warm potential customers through a range of mediums; including on the phone, face-to-face and in a consulting capacity.
 
We’re still a young, fun, growing company and team so if you perform well and demonstrate the right attitude and skills, there will be opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities arising from new customers
  • Contact and meet potential customers interested in the value proposition of Moneyfarm
  • Plan and implement a sales methodology and plan
  • Visit businesses to present Moneyfarm as a new and unique opportunity to manage their own savings
  • Prepare sales reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and as/when requested
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define commercial campaigns and help finetune Customer Relationship Management
  • Development of technical skills in relation to Moneyfarm and competing products (investment funds, trading, deposit accounts, bonds, shares, pension products)
  • Essential Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in sales with proven track record of strong performance
  • Must hold a Business or related degree
  • Excellent Italian and English communication skills
  • Strong ability to engage customers
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven, with desire to grow in a young and expanding company
  • Good IT skills, including ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Google suites
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Good knowledge of financial markets
  • Masters degree
  • Experience of studying / working abroad
  • Previous experience in selling financial services or complex services through online channels
