Moneyfarm is growing and evolving. We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable professional to support our Operations team and take on day-to-day responsibility for all operations processes relating to our business in Germany.
Responsibilities
  • Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments, incl. KYC
  • Monitoring transaction and service processes and handle exception cases
  • Day-to-day management of external partners relating to custody, KYC and other operations processes
  • Verify and maintain data quality in systems
  • Support billing and collection process incl. reconciliation and documentation
  • Research potential fraud, errors, and losses to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in compliance, tech and client relationship management
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
    • Essential requirements
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and effective problem solving
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Tech savviness - ability to grasp new technologies/systems quickly
  •  Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German is a must
  • Ability to adapt and work in a small / entrepreneurial environments, learn quickly and get their hands dirty.
    • Preferred
  • 1 - 3 years experience relevant customer service or operations role
  • Accounting background
  • Financial services industry experience (e.g. investment advice, asset management, fund services, portfolio management, brokerage)
  • Understanding of AML/KYC regulations
  • Understanding of stock markets and financial instruments.
