N26 is Europe’s first Mobile Bank with a full European banking license. We redesigned the banking experience to be simple, fast and contemporary. Founded in 2013 by Valentin Stalf and Maximilian Tayenthal, N26 has more than 300 employees and more than 500.000 customers in 17 countries. N26 has raised more than $55 million from investors including Li Ka-Shing’s Horizons Ventures, Battery Ventures and Valar Ventures, in addition to members of the Zalando management board, Earlybird Venture Capital and Redalpine Ventures.
YOUR ROLE
- You will have complete responsibility for managing the N26 affiliate program, including working with networks and running our own direct affiliate platform
- You will have a significant budget for acquisition, and will monitor, analyze and optimize affiliate programs
- You will develop guidelines and best practices for partners to use, and monitor compliance to ensure the N26 brand and products are strategically positioned
- You will work with country managers and our business team to identify promising partnerships in multiple countries, and negotiate partnership agreements
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree from a well-regarded university
- You are fluent in English and have command of at least one other core N26 language: German, Spanish, Italian, or French
- You have at least 5 years of marketing experience including at least 3 working on affiliate programs/ partnerships
- You are highly analytical, enjoy technology, and have working experience in a B2C online company (ideally with exposure to apps/mobile as well)
- You are a self-starter but also a strong team player
