Once here you will
- Be the designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer for Germany, serving as the regulatory required role in accordance to §7 GwG.
- Be responsible for all Germany related Compliance/AML topics (including Terrorism-Financing (TF) Prevention, KYC, Anti Bribery, Corruption, Sanctions and Embargoes), e.g. carrying out German Compliance and AML guidelines and analysis.
- Implement and improve local characteristics.
- Manage the relationship with German regulatory authorities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with German regulatory authorities.
- Report all suspicious transactions to German authorities and respond to external information requests.
- Be responsible for ensuring the handling of AML and Anti-Fraud tasks with relation to German customers, e.g. ongoing transaction monitoring within our EDP-scoring system.
- 4+ years of experience on German Compliance/AML.
- Experience dealing with the German regulator and/or auditors.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and report to senior management.
- You enjoy implementing processes and approach new topics and challenges independently as the foundation of your work.
- You are fluent in German and English language.
- You have a hands-on mentality, stress resistance as well as a willingness to take an active role in our company.
