As a People Partner in our People team, you play a critical role in the employee experience for our largest team: Customer Service (CS). In this role, you will


  • partner directly with our CS leadership team and support the wider CS team by providing leadership and management support.
  • support the CS leadership team in building realistic growth plans and actively translate these growth plans in effective hiring plans.
  • ensure alignment of people programs, processes, and projects with business objectives and challenges of our CS organization.
  • lead and implement global people programs for Customer Service.
  • drive data-informed decision making and support calibrating and rewarding high performance.
  • indirectly manage the Office Manager and the Customer Service recruiter to ensure a consistent world class candidate and employee experience.

About you


As an experienced People Partner (HR Business Partner) you are looking for a fast moving international environment where you can apply your communication, change management and influencing skills. You bring


  • a passion for and multi-year experience with driving high employee engagement in a Customer Services (or alike) environment.
  • excitement about initiating and driving the development of our people practices and you share our passion to keep things simple in design, light on process and high on impact.
  • an ability to build effective relationships at all levels, which helps you resolve those tricky employment and performance issues.
  • A growth mindset and a drive to proactively contribute to the overall company success
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
