• You are in charge of the market entry of N26 in the UK
• You are responsible for the P+L of the UK market and act as the main contact person for our local partners and service providers
• You are a dynamic, senior spokesperson for the company in the local language of the market
• Together with our marketing team, you are responsible to build up the branding for N26 within the UK market in order to successfully attract and win new customers. You create a local buzz for N26 and are the contact person for the local press.
• Together with our product team, you expand existing and new features and products while incorporating specific local considerations
• As responsible manager for the UK market, you source, establish and evaluate strategic cooperations and partnerships in order to ensure the success in the market
• Together with our operations team, you are responsible for the operational setup and development of N26 in the UK market
• You work closely together with multiple stakeholders to consider risks, coordinate legal topics, and work on financial aspects in cooperation with our internal teams 

• Several years of experience in the operational area of a startup, practical experience in the area of FinTech, internet industry, consulting, and/or financial services
• You have successfully graduated from a top-tier university with a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, mathematics, or a related field
• You are an entrepreneur at heart with strong business-oriented thinking
• You have a proper understanding of the business case behind retail banking as well as the competitive landscape in the UK and possess strong analytical and strategic skills
• Working experience in UK and in-depth knowledge of the (financial) market is a must
• You have managed projects successfully and have proven your project management skills
• A hands-on mentality, stress resistance as well as excellent English skills complete your profile
• Preferred qualifications: Experience with the UK payments infrastructure and schemes as well as financial services regulation
