N26’s vision is to make Mobile Banking simple and customer-oriented. As part of its international expansion, N26 is building its US team. We are seeking strong people to support our expansion.

YOUR ROLE


  • Partner with our US MD and Berlin-based HR team to deeply understand the hiring needs
  • Plan and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find the best US-based talent
  • Continuously grow a healthy pipeline of top notch candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate passive and active candidates that are a great fit for N26
  • Coordinate and administer the recruitment process
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with an amazing experience
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador, proudly and consistently promoting N26 in the international FinTech scene
  • Use data to continuously improve our overall effectiveness

 YOUR PROFILE


  • Gained first experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Aevy, Boolean, Quora, etc.) as well as first knowledge in major applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Jobvite, etc.)
  • Great communicator and natural networker, easily establishing long lasting relationships with candidates
  • Have previous startup/ digital recruiting experience
  • Have a positive, hands-on attitude, eagerness to learn and progress your career in recruitment/ talent acquisition
  • Proactive and independent, yet a collaborative and driven team player
  • Speak fluent English and be able to work in NYC
