Once here you will
  • Support strategic projects working alongside the Customer Service Management and the Director of Customer Service
  • Take over operational tasks and give input to influence decision making and strategy implementation
  • Create and execute processes to improve workflow and communication amongst the entire Customer Service Organisation
  • Develop and drive cutting-edge customer operations projects, e.g. leadership development,  
  • From your first day on, you will have the opportunity to assume responsibility and take ownership of your own special projects
What you will bring along
  • You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student - or 2018/2019 graduate - in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • You have ideally already gained first experience in a startup or customer service
  • You have good communication skills and like to work in and as a team
  • You possess exceptional analytical skills and great communication is one of your strengths
  • You are interested in startups and want to understand the banking/FinTech business
  • You are a fast learner and work well within a fast-paced work environment
  • You have a strong service mentality and are solution oriented
  • You are available for at least three months, ideally six
  • A hands-on mentality, stress resistance as well as excellent English skills complete your profile
  • You are eligible to work in Germany/Europe.
