We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Business Analyst to work closely with legal and technical teams to translate legal and regulatory compliance requirements into lean operating solutions across people, process and technology.
Within N26 we are searching for a (Senior) Business Analysts who can support the continuous processes to uphold highest safety standards within our industry - exploring all available solutions with the regulatory framework, working to create backlog items for our internal product and tech teams and supporting external supplier assessments.

- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Supporting the legal and technical teams through product / vendor evaluations as part of procurement process
- Take on some aspects of project management for small projects; identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data, information and trends
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Facilitate training sessions on compliance related topics with company staff
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Form good working relationships across the company
- Good educational background is preferred but practical experience in similar role is critical. Experience in IT compliance procedures and rules audits, gap analysis, remediation and monitoring is required, along with experience with software development in agile environment.
- Solid experience of coordinating vendor assessments within the procurement process
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with Senior Stakeholders
- Business Analysis qualifications are a plus
