N26 is Europe’s first Mobile Bank with a full European banking license. We redesigned the banking experience to be simple, fast and contemporary. Founded in 2013 by Valentin Stalf and Maximilian Tayenthal, N26 has more than 300 employees and more than 500.000 customers in 17 countries. YOUR ROLE
- Support our Social Media Manager planning, implementing and reporting on campaigns.
- Write and translate compelling and creative copy, plus pitch your own creative ideas for implementation on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels.
- Work with stakeholders from different departments to properly communicate our products and messages across our 17 markets.
- Analyze data from our social platforms and create reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in our influencer marketing program.
- Opportunity to take on other tasks and project ownership to support general marketing initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a university degree or you are about to finish it soon in marketing, digital marketing, advertising or something similar.
- You speak the “language of the internet”: short, punchy phrases, hashtags when they add value, and you know how images can convey the power of many words
- You are a digital native and have used social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc personally, and possibly professionally, for several years.
- You are creative and have lots of ideas, but can also execute and prioritize.
- Some experience with spreadsheet and presentation development.
- Experience using Simply Measured, Google Analytics, Social Studio, and platform-native analytics is a bonus.
- You speak English and German fluently. At least basic proficiency in another core N26 language (French, Italian, Spanish) would be great.
