N26 is Europe’s first Mobile Bank with a full European banking license. We have 2.3 million customers across 24 markets. Our team of over 800 employees in 3 locations is concentrated on reinventing the banking experience for the digital generation. Valentin Stalf and Maximilian Tayenthal founded N26 in 2013 and launched the initial product in early 2015. Since January 2015, N26 has been available for Android, iOS, and desktop. N26 has raised more than $500 million from investors including Insight Venture Partners, GIC, Tencent, Allianz X, Peter Thiel’s Valar Ventures, Li Ka-Shing’s Horizons Ventures, Earlybird Venture Capital, Greyhound Capital, Battery Ventures, in addition to members of the Zalando management board, and Redalpine Ventures.

- Have the great opportunity to set-up the operational functions in Brazil - helping to build up the business of N26 from scratch
- Be the right hand of the General Manager Brazil on different topics: operational, commercial, financial, regulatory, analytical and strategic challenges
- Constantly review the market environment and internal data to gain a deeper understanding and support strategic decisions
- Lead projects end-to-end from initial strategy design to complete execution and ongoing improvement management
- Monitoring the performance of both our existing, and potential partners. These relationships are crucial to the success of our operation, and you will be playing an important role in ensuring a successful collaboration with our partners
- An innovative mind and a strong hands-on mentality with a focus on execution, and high motivation to take an active role for N26 as we disrupt the industry in Brazil
- A quick learning ability, outstanding analytical skills and a structured way of thinking as well as an attention to details
- Passion for disrupting the banking industry and a interest in understanding and deepening your knowledge of the banking business and operations. Knowledge of the industry is a plus.
- An independent and proactively approach to new topics
- Project Management comes natural to you, as well as confidently engaging and interacting with stakeholders across the business.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written in English and Portuguese
- Ideally, you’ll bring several years prior experience in fintech, banking, consulting, regulated industry or consulting; regulatory or financial reporting is a plus
