As our Workplace Coordinator, supporting an environment that makes employees love coming to work everyday will be your focus and highest priority.  You will:


  • work proactively, and self sufficient with a hands on mentality

  • always have an overview of the team’s work and support them as a competent partner
  • organize and coordinate efficiently, with structure, flexibility and a high level of quality
  • proactively identify opportunities and identifies processes for continuous improvement.
  • ensure that the reception and guest area provides a positive experience for our visitors
  • be the first point of contact for external visitors such as customers, guests, and service providers
  • support the administrative processes (post processing, accounting), ordering (catering, office supplies) as well as project management, to include the organization of company events
What you will bring along?
  • all-round people skills and personal, social and intercultural competence
  • a positive disposition, are proactive, customer focused and service-driven
  • extensive work experience in areas such as reception services, office management or similar areas and know how to assert yourself in a dynamic organization
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • have a great deal of organizational skills, because no matter how many topics are on your table, prioritization comes easy for you
  • experience in working in a startup and are familiar with G Suite or learn new things effortlessly
  • the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and locations
  • strong organizational skills, with the ability to remain agile and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • the ability to remain energetic, motivated, positive and customer service-oriented in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
