As our Facilities/Workplace Project Manager your focus on effective and efficient coordination of projects and internal services will play a critical role in ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction in the Workplace. In this role you will:
- focus on creating a consistent and outstanding workplace experience
- always have an overview of the team’s work and support them as a competent partner
- work proactively, and self sufficient with a hands on “can do” mentality
- organize and coordinate efficiently, with structure, flexibility and a high level of quality
- proactively identify opportunities and identify processes for continuous improvement
- be the main point of contact for responsible projects
- manage the process of requests, receipt of proposals, review of proposals, as well as developing overviews and summaries for management approval in close collaboration with the team
- optimize the quality of RFP’s and proposal standards be leveraging own ideas and standards
- provide space management and planning for the N26 locations
- plan, implement and coordinate projects and relevant service providers as well as management of the documentation
- prioritize the individual projects within the team
You are a strong project leader, one who leads by example, demonstrates good judgment, and with a proven track record of successful projects. You bring
- all-round people skills and personal, social and intercultural competence
- a positive disposition, are proactive, customer focused and service-driven
- extensive work experience in areas such as interior design, facility management, building management, or similar areas and know how to assert yourself in a dynamic organization
- good experience in developing transparent calculations
- strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- have a great deal of organizational skills, because no matter how many topics are on your table, prioritization comes easy for you
- experience in working in a startup and are familiar with G Suite or learn new things effortlessly
- the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and locations
- strong organizational skills, with the ability to remain agile and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
