Descrizione
The trainee will
support the HR function in the implementation of the HR strategy at local level
and will gain hands-on experience in the main HR processes at country level.
The training plan will be focused on, but not limited to, the following
activities:
· Research & selection;
· Onboarding plans for new hires;
· Organization of training
activities;
· Specific Talent Development
projects
· Internal communication and
organization of HR events;
· HR Reporting (local and regional)
PROFILE:
The ideal candidate is
curious to explore different activities in the HR function, has excellent
organizational capabilities, fluent in English.
