The Executive Assistant will be a key figure in assisting the core team in organizing business activities and managing the headquarter operations.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management – entering billing information, handling expenses, managing accounts payable and receivable, managing our general ledger. Coordinating for taxation and related reporting with our corporate accountant
- Executive Travel – managing travel arrangements for the executive team
- Calendar Management – making appointments, handling correspondence and keeping the Directors organised
- Event Management – ensuring client meetings, Board meetings and various events are organised and executed flawlessly
- Personnel Administration – managing our recruitment process, organising interviews, handling employee records and related personnel matters
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel
- Fluent in oral and written English
- The preferred candidate will have fluency in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic
