Zenith has the ambition plan to become a key player for anything concerning Marketing Automation and Digital Innovation, and according to this vision we are looking for a a passionate, tech - lover candidate who could give us his/her support in building a Cloud for Marketing project.

The successful candidate is going to be a part of a new department that will work cross clients taking an active role in all the most important Digital Projects the Agency will carry on for its major Clients, for this reason both tech and business skills are strongly required considering the complexity of this role and the high expectations at the Group HQ level.

International standing, ability to work in multicultural environments, and capability to have lateral thinking & agile approaches in order to successfully handle complicated  projects, are key skills particularly needed for this role.

Tasks & Skills

  • Work with desk and business heads to understand critical metrics and relevance to their business strategy focusing on Digital and ecommerce areas
  • Understand and refine current data architectures to persist critical business data across all business lines
  • Able to design, implement and handle Digital Marketing strategies based on Marketing Cloud technologies and approaches
  • Drive standardization across processes and reporting. Suggest and implement controls to improve efficiency & accuracy of existing processes based on AI & Automation
  • Develop and enhance existing key MIS performance analytics and reporting
  • Develop predictive analytics to detect changes in data patterns that may be precursor to changes in our business
  • Pro-actively driving adoption and rollout of business intelligence tools and data APIs.

Qualifiche

  • Highly adept and passionate about working with data
  • Familiar with Google GCP and other Cloud-based technology vendors such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure
  • Adept user of business intelligence and data tools, including Tableau, DataStudio and Alteryx
  • Light coding ability in script languages such as Python
  • Good understand of relational database and data query languages such as SQL
  • Knowledge of statistics and machine learning key concepts strongly required
  • Digital Marketing background, familiar with Google stack and other digital marketing vendor’s technology
