Publicis Groupe has been appointed by Beiersdorf as the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’. 

Publicis One Touch is a new agency model that brings together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the Nivea brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing. 

To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 8 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow. The new Agency will be led from a Hamburg HQ, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams in over 40 other markets to cover the NIVEA world.

Job Description

As a Digital Producer you will be responsible for project management of global campaigns including ATL and BTL asset deliverables.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities​​​​​​:

  • Working on multiple production initiatives
  • Managing large projects/productions autonomously
  • Full end-to-end project management including estimation and planning of cross/channel requirements, budget, schedules, coordination and logistics as well as budget tracking, reporting and reconciliation.
  • Conducting meetings with staff to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained
  • Responsible for Supervision of Junior Producer

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Several years of production background
  • Experience in producing digital assets across all digital platforms and channels incl. Display, Social, Web & CRM
  • Experience in the production o fdynamic display campaigns using 3rd party ad serving platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the production process and project management
  • Strong knowledgeofcampaigncommsplatformsandassets
  • General skills such as scheduling, managing phone and email communications, coordination and managing documents/files
  • Detail-oriented, strong problem solving skills, reliable and a ‘whatever it takes attitude’
  • Pro-active attitude 
  • Excellent people skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and follow-up skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
